All ticket replacement information is recorded and uploaded.
5. During the ticket replacement process, BOM provides operators and passengers with necessary information display, such as the reason for ticket replacement, ticket remaining value, ticket replacement value, handling fee, actual amount collected, amount to be changed, etc. All amounts are displayed in sub-items and totals.
6. BOM can recharge qualified tickets. Recharging other tickets such as the city ""One Card"" requires obtaining authorization authentication and recharge keys from other systems.
7. BOM can update some invalid tickets. Analyze the tickets before updating.
8. For those who hold tickets that have not exited the station in the non-paid area, check whether the ticket entry time is within the allowable range of the parameter settings and whether the ticket entry location is this station. If the conditions are met, the ticket will be updated for free. Otherwise, the update fee amount set in the ticket parameter settings will be charged. In addition, the operator cannot directly update for free. In special circumstances, free updates require a refund. For those who hold tickets that have not entered the station in the paid area, the operator updates the ticket. Whether to charge a fee and how much to charge is set by the system parameters.
